Announcing the 2008 Competition

The Nob Yoshigahara Puzzle Design Competition was established in 2001 to promote and recognize innovative new designs of mechanical puzzles. The eighth annual competition began this year, with judging and awards at IPP28 (August 2008). See the full details using the following links.

2007 Competition Results

• 55 puzzles entered; the 2007 Competition Entries page includes images, descriptions, solutions, and purchasing information when available.
• Judging at IPP26 in Gold Coast, Australia, August 10-12, 2007
• Puzzlers' Award selected by IPP attendees; all other prizes selected by Judging Committee.
