The Josani (Lower)  Church

According to tradition, the church in Calinesti was built in 1663 and belonged to a monastery. It was moved at the beginning of the 18th century and its interior was subsequently painted. At the beginning of the 19th century, it was enlarged and a large porch was added. The porch can be used to extend the area available for services.
