Maramures Church with an Unbelievable Background

I still can quite get over this image. A hand built primative church from a rarely visited remote area in Romania right in front of the United States Capitol.

On July 4th, this area will be filled with more the half a million people who will have come primarily to see the fireworks and day-long celebration of independence. I hope a few of them will have the time to discover the magical experience of Maramures.
