It looks like a Cluster Buster or Improved Cluster Buster but the easily visible end of the split piece tells you it's not. Cluster Busters are difficult to disassemble because it's hard to tell which pieces should slide - or even where a piece begins and ends! I spent fifteen minutes trying to get this one apart at the home of its owner and got nowhere! So, there's not much I can tell you about it except Stewart claims it has "baffled experts". He made about 18 in 1996 and 1997. Number 118 in his numbering system.
